Really appreciate this issue. Thanks Alexander for sharing. 🙏 I like the ideas on eliminating assumptions and compound effect. The latter is what I try to do now by commiting to little habits every day.
Hi Alexander, I really appreciate your newsletter, and I have a question. I agree with the compound effect of moderation and have found the "tiny habit" approach works much better for me than the 75 Hard angle. Do you think that maybe that aggressive approach was too much? Do you regret doing it?
I've done that, and several other hard physical and mental challenges, and while they've led to a "doing" and feeling accomplished, (as well as tired LOL) they've never been sustainable. Do you think the 75 Hard got in the way? Thanks, A
I definitely think that it can happen. It really depends on the person, I don't think I'm able to sustain 75 hard forever, but I'm super glad I was able to complete 75 hard, and it definitely gave me that benefit of trusting my word. The hard part is maintaining it even after I was done.
I also believe it depends on your mindset during that period. I had a lot going for me when I did 75 hard, so that's why I did it at that time. But now in winter when it's cold and that I'm not as mentally strong (I get affected by winter since less sun), then it would've been a lot harder.
Not sure if that answers the question though haha. I think in the end, it really depends on the person. Let me know if it helped!

That's awesome! Glad you enjoyed the issue :). What tiny habits are you trying to incorporate?
I'm doing 500-word daily writing and want to start a 1-hour brainstorming.
